1. Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right to make any price errors or final sales.

2. Order

When you make a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The agreement between us will come into force when you receive this confirmation.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Card payment (Visa, Mastercard)

• Klarna / Swish / PayPal (customize according to what you use)

4. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 2-5 business days. Delivery costs are stated at checkout before purchase is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Notify us via email before returning. The item must be in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days.

6. Complaints

If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain within 3 years. Contact us and we will resolve it.
